RETURNS
We do not accept returns.
SHIPPING
Our processing time is 1-3 days and that does not include shipping. Shipping takes anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on whether the order is within the US or international. Usually we ship the orders out the very next day so our customers can get them faster, but we can NOT control the shipping once we have dropped off the package.
REFUNDS
We do not do refunds.
CHECKOUT
PLEASE make sure you put in your correct address while you checkout. If you live in an apartment, please put in your correct suite number. Once we ship out your order to the address you had entered, we cannot do anything about it. If you have just placed an order and realized the address is wrong, please email us right away and we can fix it. We will NOT refund your order if it has already been shipped out from our end.
LOST ORDERS
Once we ship out your orders, we are NOT responsible for them. If your order status is delivered, and you did not receive your package, please contact USPS. We do not know where packages are once we drop them off at USPS.
ALLERGIES
If you are allergic to any of our ingredients please do not purchase any products. We do provide an Ingredients list for every single product. Please check out our Ingredients tab to see the ingredients we use. If you get any allergies using our products, we are NOT liable. If you are concerned about any products and their ingredients, please do a patch test on your arm, and wait 48 hours before using any products.
